Chowder is a chatty gentlemen who loves people and really enjoys being around other dogs. He likes to lean against his people's legs and tilts his head back to make sure you're still there to pet him. His foster noted that Chowder has separation anxiety that they were working on. I am heartworm positive, but that's okay, the shelter is taking me through the treatment process!
