**In a foster home; please call 812-349-3492 for more information** Penny is a shy but curious cattle dog who bonds deeply to her people and is an excellent helper dog for dog introductions! She has bravely been growing her circle of friends here at the shelter and has learned that people aren't quite as scary as she once thought. She quickly makes friends and requests affection once she feels confident!
