Phone Call: The problem is 23 acres owned by F.G. Summitt. Part of the land backs up to the neighbors on Kensington. King's property is fenced, but you can see the weeds from her neighbors' yards. The weeds are fence high. The 23 acres are advertised for sale on a sign just south of the church on the west side of high across from Childs School. Summitt is no longer in town, but she gave a phone number for him -- 757/258-1485.
