Other: Fix the bike routes we have! Placing patch over a patch over another patch might be good for cars, but it make biking dangerous. The stretch of Highland between the Y and Winslow are already very dangerous because of speeding cars and poor visibility around bends in road. Add poor road conditions and this makes biking very dangerous. Someone is going to get killed.
