Other: I was told that the playground is slated for replacement in spring 2021, which is great! I would like to suggest that the city consider adding a "Natural Playground" in the wooded area behind the shelter. Natural playgrounds are so amazing for kids, and an attraction for the community. There are two great ones nearby- Cool Creek Park in Indy, and at the Louisville Nature Center in Louisville! See https://childhoodbynature.com/the-big-deal-about-nature-playgrounds/

Thank you for the comment! While a natural playground wasn't installed at Winslow Woods, the idea of adding one to the Parks system (or replacing an existing one with more natural features) is something we are looking into. Thank you for your feedback.
