Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Other: Highland between Winslow and the Y needs to be resurfaced. Constantly patching the road only makes it more unsafe for bicycles, and this is a major North-South bike route. Multi-ton buses run over this route about 40 times per day. This section needs an upgrade to handle this load.
