The blacked out meters were replaced yesterday, someone blacked out more over night, they have been changed out. I left a message on Wed 10/5 that i would have the meter tech fix them. The Meter Technician Ross Jackson got the hotline message and said he also left a message. A Parking Officer stopped in this afternoon to explain all this to Jenkins. Parking will monitor the meters daily for a while.
