After 5 pm and on Saturday and Sunday, unless there is a sign indicating otherwise, free parking. The lot at 6th & Lincoln does have reserved spaces, please look for space signage. Please be aware, within a couple of months the parking times and rates are going to change in these 3 lots per ordinance 18-11. The City will do a press release, and the lot signs will indicate any and all changes.
