Web Form: Near the power substation on Rogers across the street from Switchyard Park the multi-use path on the west side of Rogers is covered in gravel. The gravel runs the length of the substation north to south and needs to be swept up This is dangerous. As part of the B-Line detour, this should be deemed unacceptable for the City to allow for such unsafe conditions.
