Other: The planter at the Switchyard Park entrance on Rogers Street (south of the warehouse, east of the power substation) is heavily overgrown with perfectly selected flora to obscure the line of sight for people trying to exit the park. I was driving north on Rogers and a car almost pulled out into the road in front of me. I could barely see them behind the overgrowth and they obviously could not see me. That entire stretch of Rogers by the park is looking a little rough, to be honest. There is a lot of overgrown stuff along Rogers. The line of sight exiting the park is the most egregious and the most dangerous. Can this get taken care of before someone gets hurt? Thanks.

Since this is a City Park, you may want to loop them in as well.
