Other: There has been a fish kill in Jackson creek, just off the trail. The water is clouded, smells foul. Dead fish are all over the rocks.

This has been reported and the initial analysis is that a water main break in the area flooded the creek with chlorinated water and higher than normal levels of soil runoff due to the increased flow of water from the main break. IDEM and CBU have been onsite throughout the day.
