Other: The stormwater culvert appears to be partially blocked with debris at multiple points. The first point is where a pipe passes under the B-Line trail, just near lamppost 136. There is a large tree trunk that is impeding the flow of stormwater there. The second point is further down the culvert, where two smaller pipes pass under the railroad tracks. One pipe is partially blocked, and the other is completely blocked with leaves and debris. Kriste has my contact info if you have any questions.

CBU supervisor went to site and City will clean up all debris and rotten tree trunk. I called the customer and notified him.
