Other: Significant flooding at the intersection of Blair Ave and W 11th St during today's storm. The intersection completely flooded and spilled over my neighbor's driveway and into my yard, eroding the swale. I had to wade through ankle-deep stormwater multiple times to unclog the street drains, as the rain continued to wash more leaves and debris into them.

CBU's Stormwater Maintenance crew has been notified to clean & inspect city infrastructure in this area - Service Request #2829. However, maintenance of the swale is the responsibility of the property owner, as it is not maintained by the city. Thank you.
