Other: they are so loud all the time, either screaming profanities or just screaming or playing music too loud. i can hear it across the street in my apartment. the music isn’t even good. they hit the building we live in with golf balls. when they throw parties, all of the people are in the street and in front of our building because they’re so drunk and there’s no room for them. they attract motorcycles and humongous trucks that rip up and down the one way street we live on. i’ve lived here for three years and they are by far the worst they have ever been this year. i can’t do homework or sleep without headphones. please, please help
