Other: The gutter grates between Henderson and Grant on 1st Street are ALL clogged with leaves - see attached photos. I am at the bottom of the hill where it is prone to basement flooding, can you please have these cleared as soon as possible? Thank you, Elida C. Behar 02/28/2026
