Smoking Violation:

Other: I recently advocated for my apartment building smoking to be25 ft away they moved it but it's now in the back of the building where there are 50 unit windows and ventilation system and out of contact HUD and I've contacted the PHA and I don't know what to do when it's 25 feet away but that is drifting to the windows and I know that there are people that could establish stricture policies. Help
