Other: permanent obstruction in the egress pathway" or a "fire hazard blocking a hallway exit door on 3rd floor." Dead plants kept for moths rotting away and a tripping hazard for the common area like the hallway. Can't go to management they will immediately tell the person who hold on them. Many tenants have the doorway cluttered with personal belongings that make it hard during a fire to get around them
