Other: Three dogs behind fence never stop barking day and night. They are a nuisance and a danger as they are neglected all day to annoy an entire neighborhood- they are the only dogs that do this in neighborhood. I’m constantly awoken because of their viscous barking. Please give the owners notice of codes, and that lawsuits can be filed for negligence which I’m thinking about. The entitlement and selfishness of destroying the peace and quiet of an entire neighborhood because you suck as dog owners or like disturbing your neighbors is completely is not what I signed up for. Totally irresponsible and city of bton is not doing enough. This barking dog syndrome is all over this town. It needs to stop.
