Other: It’s 3 am three dogs barking non stop from afternoon to 3 am. This is unacceptable. This is not first issue with these dogs. They are the only dogs in area which break noise ordinances weekly. They need a citation. The police will be called next time. This channel doesn’t seem to result in consequences. I need to sleep to go to work but selfish dog owners rule . They are barking barking barking barking barking…I am calling tomorrow animal control and city council and mayor. Citizens come first not dogs.
