Animal Control & Neglected Pets:
Other: The dogs at this address are CONSTANTLY barking outside, day & night. I’m talking like afternoon through 4-5 am when a neighbor comes outside and has to yell across the neighborhood to the house asking them to take their excessively loud dogs inside. It’s definitely disturbing the peace and my sleep.
