Water Utility Problems:

Other: Top of water meter is off. You can see the gap to the left in the photo. I nudged it mostly back into place but can’t quite get it on and don’t know how to secure it. Meter is near southwest corner of yard, about 10 feet from Rose Avenue. Could be a hazard for pets, wildlife, or a person walking there.
