Other: I know this is a rental community i do not know what else to do however. The landlord either doesn't realize it's their responsibility or isn't concerned about the limbs hanging over the sidewalks in the community. I'm physically disabled and legally blind have home health care services. To problems with getting caregivers I've been forced to be home days at a time. I like to get out and walk however. To help my arthritis. For overall well being. The rather hilly terrain here is difficult enough for me. The limb issues are posing more of a risk to me unfortunately. I have had several eye surgeries despite wearing sunglasses when outside the limbs hanging still pose a risk of injury to my eyes. I had a severe infection from unknown means in past months that posed risk of losing the eye. If the city can do anything to enforce the management tend to the limb issues it would be greatly appreciated.
This is a City tree. We will send a crew to trim these limbs.
