Hello Hopi, We checked the pedestrian timing for crossing College Mall and, based on our review, the crossing time appears to be set appropriately and provides enough time for a pedestrian to cross. That said, if you or the community member are able to share a little more about when this is occurring or what they are experiencing during the crossing, that would be helpful. For example, the approximate time of day, direction they are crossing, or whether the countdown seems to start or end earlier than expected could help us determine if there is something we are not seeing in our initial review.
