Other: The sidewalks in the 400 block of East Kirkwood Avenue are filthy and in need of power washing. Ground-in food waste and street grime, and lack of regular, proper cleaning and maintenance are evident in this area. A deep cleaning would certainly improve the aesthetics of this block, on both sides of Kirkwood. (This is the biock with Greetings, Five Guys, Nick’s English Hut and The Village Deli on the north side, and Upstairs Pub and Raising Canes on the south.) Is this maintenance the responsibility of the City or the property owners? What can be done to improve the street appeal of one the City’s major pedestrian corridors?
