Had given a verbal warrning to the tenants on 3/21 to remove the couch by the next trash day or a ticket would be issued. Issued a ticke with a fine on 36/30/2011. 04/13/2011 - issued additional ticket. 04/14/2011 called gt rentals to see if they could assist in getting the couch removed. 04/18/2011 couch is gone
