On the second floor on the Morton Street parking garage there is a security camera hanging very low. I walked into it today and was badly injured by it. It is a very big hazard for anyone walking in the parking garage. This has caused me a significant amount of trauma and pain. I am certain others have experienced the same issue. The leasing office and pool building of Woodbridge Apartments has restrooms you can get trapped in. There are two restrooms, one mens and one womens, that connect to the exterior (on the pool side) and the interior (on the leasing office side). During normal business hours you can easily enter and exit the restrooms without a key from the interior, leasing office, side. You can also enter the restroom without a key from the pool side, but in order to return to the pool you must use a key that tenants have been given. This creates an environment you can get trapped in. Once the office is closed, it is impossible to leave the restroom through the door that is normally unlocked during the day. If you accidentally enter from the pool side without having a key, once the door closes you'll be trapped until someone finds you. Surely this is unsafe and not up to code. I'm reporting this anonymously as I am a tenant and do not want to cause trouble with the landlord. Thanks for your time.

High levels of black mold in buildings at springmill apartment complex (specifically the first building with apartments 1-12) The property has been notified but has not responded or offered to clean up the problems. The problem has been a reoccurring one after the property previously cleaned up mold.

See case #186242. Not as much sewage right now due to tenants being on break this week, but the problem has not been corrected. Once it gets cold and the tenants return, the constant flow of sewage on the sidewalk will create an ice hazard in addition to the already present infection/contamination hazard. Please force property owner to correct the problem ASAP, and at least before winter. If the Planning is allowing him to build more (unneeded) rentals in the neighborhood (e.g., E. Cottage Grove), he should be required to perform at least some upkeep of the ones he is already responsible for.
