There is currently straw around the drainage ditch in front of 2202 S. Rockport. There is not any grass growing, it is all mud filled. Citizen says construction crew was jackhammering street at 8am at Lincoln & University, a few feet away from her (and other) car. Dust and chunks of asphalt are all over her car. She thinks that no parking signs should have been posted if they were going to work this close to cars. Street Dept. thinks this was an Indiana Gas crew.
