A new sidewalk in this area was installed, but the road doesn't seem to be finished. There are huge potholes and it is unsafe for bikes, pedestrians, and vehicles.
The manhole cover for the sewer on W 7th Street close to Elm is not secured. I stepped on it and it moved under me and I almost fell in the hole.
AT THE CORNER OF MORNINGSIDE DRIVE & SMITH ROAD. THE CITY FINISHED THEIR PROJECT OUT THERE ABOUT A YEAR AGO THERE IS A SMALL PLOT OF LAND AT THIS INTERSECTION THAT HAD SOD PUT DOWN. You drove over countless potholes to install a bunch of new roadbumps! Congratulations, you just increased wear and tear and everyone's vehicles without making the roads any safer at all.
The drainage easement at the south end of Greenwood Dr., where it dead ends into the sidewalk, is blocked with a landslide of debris. The water level rose to 3 feet on either side of the sidewalk and covered three properties adjacent to the clogged drain with water and debris. Thank you for your help. Jim and Debbie Quinn
