The contractor that did the construction in the basement did it without permits, it also violates the fire code. This facility treats disabled individuals struggling with mental health and addiction.

The drainage easement at the south end of Greenwood Dr., where it dead ends into the sidewalk, is blocked with a landslide of debris. The water level rose to 3 feet on either side of the sidewalk and covered three properties adjacent to the clogged drain with water and debris. Thank you for your help. Jim and Debbie Quinn

You drove over countless potholes to install a bunch of new roadbumps! Congratulations, you just increased wear and tear and everyone's vehicles without making the roads any safer at all.

A new sidewalk in this area was installed, but the road doesn't seem to be finished. There are huge potholes and it is unsafe for bikes, pedestrians, and vehicles.

There is a road drain across the street from me, North side, and I notice the drain there has the beginnings of cavitation, which if it goes, could be dangerous

On this property on the Allen street side, AEG left a 2ft wide and 3ft deep hole. This was months ago and the homeowner has left several messages. Also across from her property on Allen Street is an even larger whole near the sidewalk that was left by AEG.

20x20 site of digging, with tarps in place and visible cones. Neighbors say some crew started this last week, then abandoned it.
I certainly did not give anyone permission to enter my property, and if this is a right of way, it does not show on the plat.
I want it remediated, repaired, and reimbursement for the costs of this destruction of private property.
I'll contact the city attorney tomorrow.

Deb McMullen is upset that the city has spent all this money on the College Mall Road project, and the best the city could come up with was restricting only one business, namely Dr. Steeles, to no entry from the south. She says that it looks bad on the department.
