Blue Buick at 3345 is permanently stationary with no registration I do not know if this is illegal or not. The condo H.O.A. is unresponsive ( Ivy Sells). The owner of this unit is Hoosier Choice Realty. This resident had a visitor that intimidated me in the past . Cars.law.com states an unregistered vehicle in Indiana may not be located on a sidewalk. The intersection coming out of Welmir Dr (especially toward Big Lots) trying to get to the stop light on 3rd street is not equipped to handle early afternoon traffic. It is often backed up past KFC with cars trying to dart across each other. Most of the traffic is backed up through the left turn lane going onto W 3rd. A second left turn lane or something would really make this a safer intersection

NO ONE goes the speed limit by this school. You placed 20 mph beacons that begin at 7:25 a.m., but they are ignored. If you had a police vehicle sit at the area once a week, I'm sure people would drive the speed limit. The speeding in the area makes it difficult to turn in and out of the school. Thank you.

Traffic backs up all the way to fourth street and beyond as many people try to turn left onto East Third Street. Sometimes you can sit there for 10+ minutes if someone is attempting to turn left. Please consider making that stop sign a “No Left Turn” sign as well. There is a stop light just a block east that people can use to make the left turn onto East 3rd.

Very narrow intersection when vehicles are parked along sidewalk. Cars driving south on N Fairview toward the intersection drive fast up the hill and cannot be seen by vehicles advancing north on N Fairview if the south-bound car has not yet reached the intersection. Not enough room for two directional traffic because of the vehicles parked on the side of the road.

The cicada speed bumps are so cute! At first glance Ithpughtthey were the bolts that have been sticking out of the street since February but no! These cicada speed bumps next to the car speed bumps are so nice. Just like how they don't slow the cars down at all these new cicada speed bumps don't have any effect on the bugs whatsoever. Instead they are a trip hazard and are extremely dangerous to both bugs and people.
