If a house owner piled things in their driveway and use the public street for parking, and the other drivers have to drive on the other side of the street to get around. In case any accident happened while driving on the other side of the street, who will be responsible? Could city give this person a suggestion to clean their driveway for parking and make the public street a save place to drive? This situation happened in Park Ridge. Thanks for your attention.

Smith Rd often has folks speeding between E Third and Moore's Pike. There are no stop signs and no traffic monitoring... and too many folks just whiz along.
It can be dangerous checking the mailbox or crossing the road and animals crossing the road are in peril.
Need traffic monitoring and better placement of speed limit signage (the sign near the Lutheran Church is not nicely visible/not effectively placed....and it is the only one). The intersection at Smith and 3rd is horrendous. It is very difficult making a left from Smith to E 3rd and cars behind grow impatient. Thank you.

On the corner of Moore's Pike and SR 446 is a flashing lite--yellow on 446 and red on Moore's Pike. I nearly caused an accident: I stopped while eastbound on Moore's Pk and then entered the intersection to turn left while a car was coming south 446 at full speed. I know the intersection well, but forgot that 446 has right of way & I thought 446 traffic had to stop. Please, please, please remind the drivers that "Cross traffic doesn't stop." Place flashing signs on the light and on a street sign proximal to the light. I was with my mom and talking, but not texting or fiddling with the radio. Please increase the sign warnings. My husband also once almost forgot. It's dangerous!!!!

On East 17th Street in front of the Devault Alumni Center (1000 E 17th St) there is a well-used pedestrian crosswalk. The white stripes are faded and at the crest of a hill, which makes them difficult for cars to see. A sign in the center of the roadway to highlight where the crosswalk is would be more eye-catching and will help drivers notice the crosswalk. The crosswalk is also right across from a bus stop, so this causes further confusion for drivers, who may be unsure if people are waiting for the bus or getting ready to cross. If a new island type sign was erected and the bus stop was moved 40-50 feet east of the crosswalk, I believe it would make this area much safer for pedestrians and drivers.

This city is nothing but a cluster . To get across the highway you either have to go start so far out north go curry Pike or so far out south and take that road and it's bullshit i'm sitting on country club right now trying to get to my daughter after having to avoid third Street and second Street and I'm actually in one lane here because of workers I'm wondering who I complain to about getting some organization to the city ... I thought planning ahead would be a part of the construction process Highway and city Wise

HI,
I suggest adding some red reflectors to the traffic bump-out at the corner of 3rd and Jackson as the street jogs around the Paris Dunning House and heads west on the one-way part of the street. For reasons I don't understand, there have been at least 4 people in the last couple weeks who have driven over the bump-out and had a flat tire. In one case the man broke the steering arm on his vehicle, and he could not even move very far out of the way. I know this bump-out has been there for years, but I think there used to be reflectors in the bump-out. It seems to me some reflectors could help. I assume some of the people call the city to complain.
Also, one of the neighbors said similar accidents occur at the bump-out close to her house. Maybe new reflectors all down this section of Third Street would help.
