You all changed the path and direction of northbound traffic at the roundabout at Sare and Rogers. As a result, traffic is backed up each morning and people are almost running into each other. Why the change? After all this time you just decide to change it? Really...? Another poor decision with regard to streets and traffic. It only makes morning commutes more difficult and unsafe. I can only image how congested this will make school bus traffic later this summer. You cannot fill in a pothole or repave a road, but you can change traffic markings on a roundabout after five (5) or six (6) years...?

There need to be stop signs here or some warning that there no longer are stop signs, you guys took out the stop signs now every car races down E 7th street. It's been two days and there has already been a car crash, this could be a student next. It is not safe at all and needs action taken immediately.

The new median at the intersection of 3rd and Grant has been helpful. However, I have seen a number of drivers who are disgruntled not being able to turn the direction they want go around the median in a dangerous way. In one instance I witnessed, I believe this caused a fender-bender accident. In another instance I experienced as a pedestrian crossing, a car made an illegal turn around the median and had to stop right before me. I suggest that there be an extra pylon placed at the ends of the median's yellow lines to disincentivize this erratic driving.

The intersection of Moores Pike and Sare Rd going North/South. The lanes are not clearly marked and we have had several close calls as it is unclear how many and where the lanes are.

Dunstan and Allendale Dr. there is a 4-way stop sign. This is also the location of a City bus and MCCSC school bus. When walking from West to East down Allendale Dr. cars are at exceeding speeds over 25 MPH, and today while kids were are the bus stop multiple cars "rolled-through" or did not even stop at the stop sign. I believe this is a safety for our kids. Can there be consideration for speed reduction, traffic calmers, or speed bumps in our neighborhood?

Due to there only being a stop sign on Belle Ave. (East/west), drivers consistently speed down Hickory well over the posted limit. In addition, drivers on Belle have a history of not stopping at the stop sign therefore we commonly see near misses or hear screeching tires. While it may annoy some, I feel that a 4-way stop would be much safer here for drivers as well as for any pedestrians.

Traffic backs up all the way to fourth street and beyond as many people try to turn left onto East Third Street. Sometimes you can sit there for 10+ minutes if someone is attempting to turn left. Please consider making that stop sign a “No Left Turn” sign as well. There is a stop light just a block east that people can use to make the left turn onto East 3rd.

There is a large tree that blocks the view of the east side of the road on 8th street from Roosevelt street. There have been many close calls with traffic and I think it's dangerous. The only way to see traffic coming from the east side is to pull up past the tree, but by then you are already halfway in the road. I would appreciate it if this tree could be cut down or at least cut in a way that makes it possible to see the road. Hello, The stop lights at the intersections of Jordan and Atwater, and the intersection at 3rd and Jordan, are not synced. As a result, people driving to and from campus get hit by both stop lights. They used to be synced up with one another so drivers would make both lights if they were traveling east or if they were traveling west. Now, no matter what, you'll have to stop at one of them. Also, the green turn arrow light always comes on at the intersection of Jordan and 3rd, even if there is no traffic. This creates weird delays for people trying to leave campus. I know these complaints of mine are trivial, I'm not sure how much it would take to re-sync the stop lights. But I've worked on campus for years and it was perfect - now this happens and hundreds of people have to stop for 2 separate stop lights 4 or 5 times a day when it used to be zero stops.
