This car has been parked on N Brook Hollow Ct for over 6 months without being moved. It has sat for so long the tire has gone flat. It has now caused the street to not be plowed appropriately preventing the mail delivery drivers from being able to drive up to mailboxes. White Mustang parked on Eastside Drive too close to the intersection. Indiana license plate 261 LTW. White Ford Mustang. Car has been in this location from Monday 10-14, 7 pm until 10-15, 8 am (at the time of me submitting this online form). The car obstructs drivers approaching from the west on Maxwell Lane turning south on the 900 S. block of Eastside Drive.

At the corner of Washington and first there has been a car parked in the bike lane for weeks and now there are two cars parking in the bike lane. The curb is painted yellow indicating no parking. Sometimes the cars have tickets on them but most of the time they don’t. That intersection is already not safe for cyclist and it’s compounded by cars always being parked in the bike lane
