This complaint is in lieu of a letter that Mr. Brostoff was to submit to the Traffic Commission requesting that the existing loading zone sign in front of 1200 N. This time called b/c County not responding--fed up! This time he added problem w/ speeding and reckless driving all up and down Curry. Again, reiterated what part of Curry is County & what's City (from 1833 Curry to Fulerton Pk)--told him I'd forward complaint to BPD to see if they could patrol area more & ticket.

The Greyhound Bus Company would be using the Cab Co. as a drop off and pick-up area. They would be moving their business from S. Walnut Street to 217 W. 6th Street. McNeely would need the three spaces on the south side of 6th in front of his business as a loading zone for the bus to pull in. The busses would come off of Morton and be able to pull directly into this loading area for drop off/pick-up.

Erman & Associates has an employee that is handicapped. There are no handicap parking spaces in this block area. They do have a parking lot in back, but they have only 4 parking spaces for 8 employees. Plus the distance is too far and dangerous for the employee to walk. They would like to have a handicap space in front of their building or close to the alley. They would like to be placed on the 9-23-98 Traffic Comm. agenda to get something done before winter and bad weather starts.

Mr. Parks called to inform the City Police that the intersection of West Third St. and Curry Pike is hazardous due to motorists running red traffic lights. He mentioned it is near GE (no incident specifically AT GE, but nearby intersection). He would like the City to send someone out to watch our part of the intersection for violators.
