States that there is excessive speeding on Lincoln, is requesting a stop sign at Lincoln/Wylie.
across the road from 1118 S. Woodlawn and along the fence line behind Carlisle Brake Plant there is weed/tree overgrowth blocks yellow pedestrian sign stating "20 MPH" zone south of Bryan Park and east of Templeton School zone.

TRASH IN THE STREET COMING OFF SIDEWALK AND BLOWING INTO TRAFFIC. HE HAD TO SWERVE TO MISS IT.
complaint states that there are not enough hc parking spaces at Bryan Park and that there are no access aisles or signs for the existing hc spaces.
Westbound vehicles on Dodds St. are driving through Indiana Auto's parking lot to turn southbound onto Walnut St. The owner is concerned that customers might be injured by one of these vehicles. The owner is also concerned by vehicles traveling too fast through the East-West alley south of this property and that someone might be injured and requested that the alley be closed.
Mitchell stated that there is only one "No Parking" sign located in front of 1400 (the south side of street). The street is very narrow and traffic should not be allowed on both sides. The house to the south of 1402 is possibly a rental and vehicles are parking on the north side causing a dangerous situation. Could there be "No Parking" on the north side also. Please note the Utilities Dept. did work in this area recenlty.
Mr. Brewer called to find out what could be done to minimize traffic on Henderson St. and find out if Henderson St. is a permissible route for trucks to use, particularly City trucks.
