People have been using this walking trail as a road using cars, trucks, and motorized scooters. Driving cars on this path is unacceptable. There was once a cable at the top stopping people from driving but it has been cut. Please put a metal post at the beginning and end of this path preventing vehicles before someone gets injured.
Pulling out of the habitat parking lot is very dangerous due to the poor visibility caused by cars parked far too close on either side of the parking lot entrance.

The south side of West Allen Street has always been no-parking any time, but recently more and more vehicles are parking on the southside and blocking traffic. Our signs that show it's no parking are faded and spaced about three houses apart. I didn't know if the signs need to be updated or we need more signs, or does more enforcement is need to solve this issue before it gets much worse. Thank you for any help you can provide.
West 3rd Street from S Rogers to Patterson is a narrow residential street. Lots of trucks use this street. W 3rd. St. is designated “neighborhood residential street” in the Bloomington Transportation Plan which means “low speed and low volume”. There is a sign east of Rogers on 3rd. that says “No through trucks on 3rd St” but it is old and very faded. New sign needed. Also it might be effective to have a sign at Jackson and 3rd also. At the corner of Washington and first there has been a car parked in the bike lane for weeks and now there are two cars parking in the bike lane. The curb is painted yellow indicating no parking. Sometimes the cars have tickets on them but most of the time they don’t. That intersection is already not safe for cyclist and it’s compounded by cars always being parked in the bike lane

Due to efforts to calm traffic on Hawthorne and Maxwell traffic has increased considerably on Sheridan and Southdowns. Please provide both immediate (temporary) and long term tools to calm traffic to avoid a car hitting a pedestrian, biker, etc. on the bike paths on the same road.
Three cars have been parked in the alley for several days now. I need to use that alley to access my parking spot on the side of my house. There is usually frequent traffic through that alley so I am sure it is a safety concern too.
