He said that traffic has backed him up for 30+ minutes and had he known this street was under construction, he would not have taken it. There is a new apartment complex, located near the corner of E. Cottage Grove Ave. and N. Walnut Street. Tenants are leaving the parking lot and exiting onto Cottage Grove Ave. Cottage Grove is a one way heading west. They proceed to head the east on Cottage Grove, and as they then approach N. Washington Street they turn without stopping because there is no stop sign. Afraid there may be a wreck, requesting remedy.

Ms. Odell was driving on South Patterson before the Prospect intersection at 7am on 11/16. A car was driving towards her in her lane, so she veered into the other lane to prevent being hit. She said that there is a concrete block in the middle of the road that is lightly painted with yellow paint, but has no reflective quality. She was unable to see the block due to the lack of reflection and this caused major damage to her vehicle. She is requesting that the block be painted with reflective paint to prevent others from doing this as well.
