Neighbors say water is running from basement to street. Creates an ice problem in the winter. They also think laundry water is running from the basement.

At the corner of Allendale Dr. and S Bainbridge at the stop sign there has been a puddle of water for days. This isn't because the neighbor is watering the yard, so I'm assuming there is water seeping upwards from under the road possibly from a water main leaking. Hope this info helps!

Can you check the hydrant at 1215 s tall oaks. The valve stem is up a couple of inches and it might be leaking.
