Newly installed water line was turned on and it is leaking profusely directly from the meter. Shut the water off at street to stop leaking until it can be fixed. My home owner association asked me to request replacement of the water valve covers as seen in the attached document. The 3' diameter one does not fit it's nest and the 8 '' one is missing.
My home owners association asked that I request replacement of the cast iron water utility valve covers in my neighborhood. I have attached a picture of the one that is missing. It is a 8'' diameter cover located on the east turnabout. There is also a 3' cover that does not fit in it's nest in the yard of unit 713.
My water bill is has been going up for the past couple of months and has now doubled. The people who run our townhouse and found no leaks on our side so I was wondering if the city could check for leaks on there end.
My water usage increased 500% in January and February and I think there is a leak. This happened once before about a year ago and the fixed.
