I and others in the area have experienced a decrease in water pressure since the March 6-7 overnight and early morning storms.
Customer wants to know who maintains 2 retention ponds at Adams & Tapp, and Adams Hill & Adams.
I think the water main in front of 2700 S Banta is ruptured - there is water coming out of the cracks in the street and its not snow melt/runoff. A section of the main was replaced a few weeks ago about 50ft south of where this new leak is.
After Sunday's night storm there is low to no water pressure. I have investigated and cannot find or hear any leaks.
Ticket #179188 is now closed - however, the pressure is still low. Will it take time to come back? -Lance
Customer wants to know why there is water in back yard, after digging a hole for a tree.
Water coming up in alley behind AT&T building.
I'm guessing it's difficult at times, but shouldn't workers be using masks, or at least TRYING to stay apart from one another. I keep seeing them grouped together looking at things. Anything you all can do. Thanks for being out there working though!!
