There is a sewage backup in my residence, can the city lines in in front of my house be checked immediately? I just had my lines serviced two weeks ago. There is a history of the city line being a problem.

A plumber (Paul Young Plumbing) has confirmed a fiber optic cross-bore has destroyed my sewer lateral. I need to file a damage claim and identify which contractor was boring in my area and get it fixed as soon as possible.

The street drain cover at the north east corner of our building in the "alley" just west of the Kroger gas station has sunken about a foot! Cars catch their tires. In direct line with said drain the ground above the storm water drain pipe has fallen away and created a 2-3 sinkhole! This is next to the guard rail along Jackson Creek.
