Sewerage smell on the west side of the road on Kerry Drive. There is a Fiber Optic lid (green) that is popped and seems to mark the general area of the smell. I have noticed the smell for one week. The location is on the north edge and boundary line of 623 N Kerry Drive property. I hope this info helps. Gillian
There is a manhole cover located in my driveway that has a failing pit. The manhole has shifted and has caused a significant crack that is now sinking in my driveway that needs repaired. There is a gap that is increasing on the right side indicating movement. Please advise as to how this can be repaired.
Crews working on gas line notified me this morning that M Street Fiber has run their line through my sewer and broken it and it is leaking. I was told by the Utilities department to contact Kyle Baugh to arrange repair but I have been unable to reach him or the main office by phone this morning. Per your voicemail instruction I am leaving this email and asking someone to contact me at your earliest convenience. The crews do not plan to fill the excavation back in until repair is made. While out on inspection of county storm sewer infrastructure along Curry Pike, our Stormwater Supervisor and a contractor discovered a leak where quite a bit of groundwater is entering the sanitary sewer.

There is a utility easement between 2736 N Blue Ridge Road and 2730 N Blue Ridge Court - we recently noticed standing, nasty smelling, water running from easement area in side yard of 2736 into yard and driveway of 2730. Please check to see where smelly water is coming from.
We live at 1717 E Hunter Ave and have had water coming in our basement now twice (once last and once this) and both times the water is overflowing out this mainhole down on the corner of E. Hunter Ave and Eastside Drive. The manhole is actually spinning around it's so much water. The address where that is at is 420 S Eastside Drive I think. Not sure if its' related or just a coincidence with all the rain. The bsement floor drains have not backed up in our house, just water coming up through cracks and around edge of foundation.
