City Issue: Sanitary sewer manhole cover/pit located in circle perpendicular to 214 Hillsdale Court accessed, multiple roots visualized, will be the next area for clog. Hello, I am contacting you guys because I would like to request a health inspection at my apartment complex The Quarters Bloomington located at 1521 Isaac Dr, Bloomington, IN 47403. They have had mold grow all on the sides of 2 parking garages and it has been like that for over 2 months. The mold seems to be spreading more. They have severe water damage that doesn’t seem to be taken care of. I had a mold issue in my apartment that they didn’t prioritize which left me to clean it myself. Other residents have also had mold on their balcony door and bathroom ceiling which was like that when they moved in. The vents seem to be leaking water and it doesn’t seem like it’s an issue they are eager to fix. I am hoping that you guys are able to do a health inspection because I find myself constantly having sinus issues since moving there. Thank you!
