The whole cul-de-sac is flooded. There is a drain that runs between 4206 & 4208 Lilac that is supposed to run into a ditch that is in front of her house. Everytime it rains the ditch overflows - her whole drive is flooded - up to the middle of her car doors. The whole cul-de-sac is flooded. Please get back to her abouth the situation.

Earth Berm. Erosion along edge of road. 24" CMP 1/3 full of sediment. Old Conc. Box Culv. only about 6" vertical opening because of sediment. Ditch full of sediment. Road apparently floods in this location. Standing water.
