Mr. Hlhnky of 1206 S. Park called on 1/22/99 and was very upset. He said when it rains there is a stream that runs through his yard and carries parts of his yard into his neighbor's yard. He has spent a great deal of money landscaping his yard to have it all washed away. He talked to an engineer named Jason a year but felt he was basically brushed off.

Drainage problem in West Pointe Subdivision off of East Branch Road
Hello, I contacted earlier this week because many people in the West Point neighborhood (Woodhill and S. Larkspur) did not shovel their abutting sidewalks. Well, again, 24 hours after this second snowfall many people have not shoveled. Now the snow is very high in this neighborhood. Please help get people to shovel here. CLEANED THE STORM DRAIN
Mr. Waxler manages the properties at W. 10th Street & Adams Street. He is concerned that the storm sewers are in need of cleaning both in front of and behind the properties, where the storm sewer goes under the railroad.
tyMr. Moran says a possible sink hole is appearing in the northwest corner of his property. He says he can see some sort of metal in the hole and is filled with trash.
