Smith and Buckner: car parked in yard and partially on the sidewalk the yard generally looks junky and you can see a panel van parked on the lawn if you look south from the northern alley
Large dead evergreen tree full of vines falling into sidewalk from commercial property at or near 109 E. Allen which faces Mrs. Geiger's front yard. (John Hewett will drive by and check 7/18/00).
Bush obstructing large section of sidewalk from 316 to 320 E. 7th Street. HAND inspector feels complaint not valid, however, feels it definitely is valid.
Ruby has called to express concern regarding her neighbor, Brian Carney's intention to build a fence on his property. This apparently is encroaching on her ability to move freely in and out of her driveway. Complaint entered by John Zody
There is a tree growing back at the alley with limbs hanging down far enough to scratch vehicles as they drive by. Several residents use this alley to get to their homes.
A trampoline has been placed in the public ROW between the street and sidewalk. This is a hazard to drivers as well as people using the trampoline.

LEAK OUTSIDE OF HER TRAILER
Dumpster placement at above property approved by Planning. Complainant wants to file a formal complaint because dumpster is placed in the City right-of-way. Engineering marked ROW last month; this dumpster, along with some parking spaces, is certainly on City property.
