Problems with taking the public transit to public govt. offices, such as local housing authorities (issuing Sec 8 HCV vouchers, Public housing subsidies, etc.), Bloomington Township Trustee's office (off W. 17th St.), Trustee Kim Alexander, for receiving fundamental necessities of life.

A travel trailer has been camped on this residential street for more than a year creating traffic congestion. It is now worse due to the construction hauling trailer parked across the street and about two car lengths west. I just reported it as well.

Portapot and dumpster has been in the road for years. Owner is burying very large brush piles, several trees on city property along creek, this is occurring in a floodplain also. They have installed lights on the front and rear of home that are extremely bright.

I realize the city does not care or maintain E Canada Drive, however it is unsafe to have vehicles parked so close to the stop sign at this intersection. There are no marking on the road or curd to tell drivers they cannot park there, so they park there daily. Something needs to be done to prevent any accidents at this intersection for drivers who are unable to see around parked vehicles.

Cars parked in the early morning on both sides and block the road. Dangerous in the dark morning fog or when it is raining as you visibility is limited and you can barely squeeze your vehicle through the road due to the illegal parking.

The North/South alley between 810 W. 7th and 804 W. 7th is being encroached upon by gardens, woodpiles, trees/vegetation and possibly the fence and cinder block garage owned by 810 W 7th St. As a result, the alley traffic is being diverted outside of the alley right of way and onto the private property located at 804 W. 7th. This appears to have been going on for a number of years. As the new owner of 804 W. 7th St., it is my full intention to re-claim the property/property line currently being encroached upon and proceed with renovations. I request that the Street Dept contact the owner of 810 W. 7th and order the encroachments be removed. With the assistance of a surveyor, I have located the NW and SW corner pins delineating the right of way and pounded new T posts just outside of the right of way in those spots and plan to post the entire property line once the encroachments are removed. Were I to reclaim the property line today, the alley would become impassible due to said encroachments. I request your assistance in remedying this situation in a civil and legal manner, as requests to the homeowner of 810 W.7th have fallen upon deaf ears. I request that you keep me in the loop regarding this issue. I would be happy to meet with a representative of the street dept, with survey in hand, to assist in clarifying and remedying this issue, as renovations of 804 W. 7th will begin in a few weeks. every tuesday at around 7:30 am. convenience store on corner of grimes and walnut, semi on wrong side of road blocking traffic and bus stop. plenty of space in parking lot. very dangerous!

There are marked parking spots. Is this blocking spots allowed?
