I leave near the corner of South Grant Street and East Allen Street. When traveling south on Grant, there is a stop sign at Allen St where it is truly impossible to safely see if any traffic is coming from the West. The vegetation is so overgrown on this corner that it goes several meters beyond the stop sign. Since there is no stop sign for drivers traveling East or West on Allen, drivers on Grant Street have to inch out slowly halfway into the intersection until gaining any visibility around the vegetation. Please send somebody to remove the vegetation on this corner or I'll end up doing it myself. It's far too dangerous for a road where there are almost always cyclists which wouldn't be as easily seen or heard as a car.

Hi,
I drive a bucket truck for a business on thorton drive. The boom sticks out six feet in front of the truck. When i pull out onto henderson I am almost in the middle of the road before i can see if traffic is coming. My main concern is that a bus or large vehicle could catch the boom and cause an accident. Before I was hoping the city could remove the overgrowth of brush at the intersection to make it safer.
Thanks,
Ben

This intersection is BLIND to travelers on Grant Street. The building on the NE corner abuts the sidewalk (who allowed this to be built there???), preventing a south-bound driver from seeing cars traveling west on 9th Street, and it's almost as bad for travelers heading north. If the building at 401 E. 9th is allowed to remain standing, there should be at least a stop sign on 9th Street, since it is so difficult to see oncoming traffic.

When turning out of E. Wilson St. onto S. Woodlawn Ave., it's nearly impossible to see oncoming traffic from the north because of a large yew bush close to the street. The bush is in the southeast corner of the lawn at the second house north of the intersection. It was difficult to see when the bush was small and has only gotten worse.
