Man reported overgrown bush blocking view of traffic, located outside the Walnut St. entrance to Walnut Park (the shopping center with Lucky's, Dollar General, etc.). Almost caused accident as driver could not see biker on sidewalk. Citizen does not want followup.
Caller complained about the southwest corner of Hillside and Huntington saying that you cannot see to the west when facing north on Huntington due to no line of sight.

"To whom this may concern I live in Smallwood Plaza and I have noticed a regular issue and accident waiting to happen in regards to the parking garage on Morton St. When cars are parked behind smallwood, they make it difficult to see oncoming cars both drivers and cyclists leaving smallwoods parking garage. hedges too high, can't see traffic
An ACC officer stated that there is a line of sight issue to the north by a large tree when exiting out of the ACC driveway onto Walnut Street. Its very hard to see.
Overgrown lawn weeds blocking line of sight for drivers exiting Prospect Hill Neighhood from Euclid Street to turn onto 2nd street. House is on the north east corner of 2nd street.

corner of 11th and Blair, large bush has become overgrown, and a tree has grown into it, which obscures the siteline for drivers attempting to turn onto 11th Street.
