The alley half way between Cottage Grove & 11th on to N. Grant . There is a problem with evergreen trees that are overgrown on the extreme north west corner of 401 E. Cottage Grove. You can't see to pull out of the alley , when you are turning left onto Grant ( the est side of the road.)

The residents at 1643 E. Maplecrest Drive park there vehicles in the street. This address is at the corner of Headley Drive & Maplecrest. If a vehicle is going north on Headley and turns left onto Maplecrest they have to go around a tan, Ford Ranger that is always parked there. This causes a problem if someone is turning off of Maplecrest onto Headley.
